January 6th 2021 – A Look Back

This article was published BEFORE January 6, 2021. BEFORE the chaos, BEFORE the “we don’t know who planned this” riot at our capital.

January 6th, 2021 is a critical day for America. The election is NOT officially over until Congress counts and accepts the electoral college votes from each state on this day. If and when these electoral delegations are accepted and counted, only then is the candidate officially the President-elect.

The National Archives officially posts the winner of the electoral college. As of December 23rd, 2020 they have no designated winner posted of the 2020 Presidential election.

The Office of the Federal Register (OFR) coordinates certain functions of the Electoral College between the States and Congress and state; “OFR will post the Electoral College results after Congress counts the electoral votes on January 6, 2021.

The National Archives on December 23, 2020, continues to state “Winner: TBD.” For Trump /Pence and Biden/Harris, all candidates have an *asterisk next to their name referencing “* presumptive; based on reported Certificates of Vote.”

Disputed States

The certified votes of Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Nevada are currently disputed. The Constitution gives the power of the manner and the selection of the electoral delegates solely to the State Legislators. In these states, the State’s Legislators are protesting that the laws of the states were broken and the Constitutional laws were broken.

During the 2020 election, outside of the state legislature’s passed laws and without their knowledge, illegally under the Constitution, the Legislators were removed from the process and their laws were violated on multiple levels. This was done by Democrat state courts, and on the ground by local election officials being funded by Mark Zuckerburg.

If you would like to see the full report on Zuckerburg’s election interference, and other reports, please our page Reports

The massive votes, much of which were done outside of state laws, were then certified for Joe Biden by other parties without the approval of the State Legislators. The Legislators have now been fighting to regain their Constitutional authority over the electors and have now sent to Congress objections and an alternate set of electors.

For the electoral college vote on January 6th, two sets of electors have been sent for these six disputed states. One set of Electors was certified by the Secretary of State, or a Democrat Governor, for Joe Biden.

The Legstilators of these disputed states have sent an “Alternate” set of Electors for the electoral college. The Alternate electors are for Donald J Trump, who the Legislators believe was the true winner of their state.

What Happens on January 6th

On January 6, 2021, the Senate and House will meet for a joint session of Congress to count the electoral votes.

Presided over by Vice President Mike Pence, who is in charge of counting the electoral votes for each state, Congress will officially count the certified votes of the electors of each state to finalize and formally accept the electoral college.

During the joint session of Congress on January 6th, the certified votes for electors will be unsealed by VP Pence, state by state, and the votes counted.

If one Congressman and one Senator OBJECT to the electoral vote for any state, Congress goes to debate for up to two hours and then comes back for a vote. Those states’ electors can be rejected, put into question. When they are rejected, those electoral votes are NOT counted to that candidate.

When these electoral votes are rejected and no candidate has 270 electoral votes, then the Senate and the House will vote for the Presidential candidates based on what they see as the will of the people and based on the State Legislatures. It is one vote per State in the House in which President Trump has the majority of states. The Senate has a Republican majority and a vote by VP Pence.

Taking Action

Right now American citizens must take action. They have seen the evidence of massive fraud that has been shown in hearings in these disputed states. Hearings by the state legislatures on election fraud have been taking place almost every day over the last three weeks. These hearings have been viewed on live broadcasts by tens of thousands of Americans who are hungry for the truth.

If Americans want the State Legislatures to put their constitutionally mandated true electors in place, it is imperative that Americans contact their members of Congress and insist that they object on January 6th and vote to not accept those electors that were not chosen under the laws of the states.

You must contact your Congressmen and Senators and tell them the States are in control of their elections and Congress must hear the objections of the contested states in full.

Thank you for your patriotism.

Authors note – As you know, on January 6th, 2021, the procedures above were in process. A joint session of congress was taking place to accept the certified votes of each state.

The objection was made to the acceptance of the electors for Arizona per the rules. The House and Senate exited to their respective chambers on each side of the capital to hear the evidence and go into the two-hour debate. Just as they started the debate on Arizona, the first state being objected to, the rioters breached the capital. Before the evidence of the Arizona voting irregularities was brought forward, the House and Senate members were alerted to the Capital breach and were led out of the building.

The bringing the objections and required debates, the disclosure of evidence, was STOPPED.
